My mother always told me that Weavile were very fast Pokemon. Only a few trainers knew about their incredible secret ability, and only the best of them could make a Weavile a perfect fighter. But being a half human and half Weavile gave me the possibilities of both species.

Sergei underestimated my abilities. I learned a lot while doing the dirty work for him. It was time for me to bring my skills to the ultimate test...for Sarah...for me...and for our future together.

I rolled on the left and kicked one of hem in the face. I quickly grabbed hid gun and shot three at him. Then I jumped..high enough to avoid their bullets. I turned around in mid air and started shooting at them. Four bullets later, there were only two guys left...including Sergei.

“Such incompetence!” he yelled, out of his mind. He ran out of the room...like the coward he was.

I landed on the floor, luckily dodging the last guy's bullets. I shot once...and his body dropped on the ground, with a hole in his brain.

I dropped the gun, and ran to Sarah's side. She was covering his eyes in fear, sobbing and crying. I gently hugged her.

She sighed. “James...what happened to us?”

I kissed her on the forehead. “Nothing happened...and nothing will ever happen. Sarah...in this moment I understand what for all this time I was missing...what I was ignoring. It was you Sarah...your love. I want to live the rest of my life with you at my side, and I don't care what people will do...we will always be together...I promise”

She looked at me, then she kissed me...this time in a way that meant one thing and one thing only...I love you.

I smiled at her. “That means...”

“Yes James...yes...now let's get out of here, so we can start all over again. A new home and a new life...for us...and for the others to come” she said, smiling.

I sighed. “There is...there is one last thing I have to do...Sergei...”

“James, no! I don't want you to risk your life again...I won't let you” she said, grabbing my arm.

I pulled my arm away from her. “Sarah...Sergei won't never let us alone...he will chase us wherever we go. I need to finish this once and for all...if Sergei lives...we won't”

She tried to said something, but the words died in her throat She slowly nodded. “Alright...but please...promise me that you will return”

I nodded, and I kissed her again. “I will...I promise”

And with that said, I stood up...it was time to bring this to an end.

“Open up! Please open up!” Sergei yelled, while punching the steel door, desperately trying to get it open.

“End of the run Sergei!” I shouted at him, aiming my gun at his head, ready to blow his brain in a hundred pieces.

He slowly turned around...he was dripping blood from his eyes. “You can't kill me...you don't know what is going to happen if you kill me!”

I laughed. “Yes I know...I will be able to live my life without you trying to ruin it!”

“Ruin it? I didn't do anything James! You brought this by yourself! I knew what was going to happen, but you took my money...then you didn't give them back to me, that's what happened! This is all your fault!”

“You forced me to leave my home and my family, you tried to kill Sarah...you forced me to kill innocent people!” I yelled.

Sergei spat on the floor. “Innocent? They were pathetic excuses of human beings...they wanted to take me and my team down, just to take my place on the throne. And you...you're as guilty as they were!”

“I didn't do anything to deserve this...I was the good guy...”

“But now you are not James...not anymore. You want to kill me...you want to take another man's life again. So come on...pull the trigger...you will become a true monster then”

I wanted to kill him...I really wanted to pull the trigger and put an end to his miserable existence. But for some reason, I couldn't. My fingers were petrified, and even if my body was desperately trying to fire the gun, my mind didn't allow me to do it.

And so...I gave up. I lowered the gun, sighing.

Sergei laughed. “Just as I expected, now you fell bad for what you've done...now you're becoming human again. Too bad...”

I heard a gunshot, and with the most intense pain I have ever felt...my right arm felt off. I screamed in pain, blood splattering all over the floor. Sergei was standing in front of me, a silver gun in his right hand.

He aimed for my head. “Let me put you out of your misery...goodbye James”

I closed my eyes. That was it...the end of the line for me. All the good moments of my life were flowing trough my mind. I just wished for those moments to come again someday...but death was going to separate me and Sarah forever. The love of my life...my best friend...I was going to loose her forever.

I closed my eyes...and waited.

I heard a gunshot...I didn't feel any pain. At first I thought that I was dead...but when I tried to open my eyes...I saw something that sent me to the top of the heaven.

Sergei was laying on the floor...dead...blood dripping from a hole in his chest.

I turned around, and I saw Sarah, holding a gun. She ran at my side, tears falling from her eyes. “James...I'm sorry...I'm too late”

I looked at my missing arm, and smiled. “No...it's not too late...do you remember what Mom said about the Weavile incredible healing possibilities? Well...she was right...I dot' feel pain anymore”

She hugged me. “It's not our body...it's our love James...”

I slowly nodded. “Yes...our love...you and I...forever”

Sarah helped me to stand up. We walked trough the deserted hallways. I was leading Sarah to the exit. And so we walked outside...we were finally able to see the stars again.

I smiled. “All of this...was worth this happy ending...don't you think?”

Sarah shook her head. “Nothing will ever be worth what we have done...”

“You didn't do anything Sarah...it was my fault...I killed those people. Guilty or not...no one deserve to die like that”

“But...”

I put my hand on her shoulder. “Sergei didn't serve to die too...but you know...sometimes being guilty...is not that bad”

She looked at me. “What you're saying doesn't really make sense you know”

I smiled. “And since when what I say makes sense?”

At first we stares at each other, but then we both started laughing our tails off. Sarah even lost her balance and felt to the ground...and I felt too, since she grabbed my shoulder in the process.

I was face to face with her. “Sarah...I feel a little uncomfortable like this...”

She smiled. “Why...because of the fact that you have no right arm to keep me away from you now?”

“No...because of the fact that I'm on top of you, as if...”

She laughed. “Well...tell me when you get it. Meanwhile...let me take your clothes off, it's not a cold night you know”

Well...what happened next should be pretty obvious. And you know what? I was happy...we were both going to be very happy in the years to come.

Everything is alright now...it has always been...and it will ever be.
